One Plus: Smartphone revolution
When it comes to buying a new piece of technology the smart way to go about it is to look at reviews and try, if you can, to get some hands on time with the product itself. A lot of time the latter isn’t possible (if you are buying online in particular) but in that case reviews become increasingly important. YouTube is, for all of the nonsense and cat videos that plague the system, one of the greatest learning and teaching tools in the world.
When I was looking to get a new smartphone I was, of course, looking at that top end; iPhone 6, the latest Samsung range, the Nexus and a little known operator called One Plus – which is quickly creating a name for itself. These phones are all unlocked are competitive in terms of features and design and are significantly cheaper than their rivals on the market. I’m talking something like 40% cheaper on average that phones at that top end.
